On Top of the World is located off of Belcher Road in Clearwater. We recently took a picture of the entrance. As you can see the landscaping is beautiful.

It’s a retirement 55+ community and is ideally located with close access to beaches, shopping, and malls.

The home owners’ association requires 35% down if financing and a mandatory interview. There are condos currently for sale in this community ranging from $39,900 to $175,000 so there is something for every budget.
